Is the sentence,"Tomorrow is a holiday due to christmas"correct?

It is good conversational English.  Some people would prefer "Tomorrow is a holiday because of / owing to Christmas."  If you wish to use "due" (an adjective), some people would ask that you say, "Tomorrow's BEING a holiday is DUE to Christmas."
