company in which every body speaks English very well. So to be
worked here, I must try my best to improve my speaking english
skill sonnest. My colleages give me many interesting advices, such
as listenning english usually, reading English newpapers, etc. Try to
listen English day by day, and the most important thing which
is you must have enough confident to communicate
with foreigns. And up to a day, you will not
think that you are speaking English, words are alway available in
your brain as your native language.
Although my English is not ok, but it is not so bad. And I
really believe that I can improve by myself sonnest. I hope you
will get it as soon as possible.

Your very lucky. Most English students would be very happy to have a
job where they could speak English all day. What's very important now
is that you're not afraid to talk to your colleagues. In the
beginning it's important to just have conversations, even though you might make
mistakes. Don't let it get you down if you're having a hard time, if you keep going you'll make improvments very quickly.
Of
course you can always take additional steps like watching American movies and
TV shows.
