If I don't like the party I am at now, is "I am not enjoying the party"correct? I thought "I don't enjou\y the party" is correct.

 Yes, right now, it's "I'm not enjoying the party."

The next day, you can day "I didn't enjoy the party."

Only for habitual action would the present be correct: I don't enjoy parties
