I enrolled at "X" college for MBA.
I enrolled for MBA at "X" college.
My kid enrolled at "X" school for Jr. Kg.
My kid enrolled for Jr. KG at "X" school. [Jr.KG is a base of primary education which 4 years old children enroll at]

Which prepositions are used in situations like this are largely dependent on customary (one might say idiomatic) usage rather than exact grammar rules. So attempting to give you general advice would tend to be misleading.
