Saigon ESL is the internets first teachers site dedicated to the ESL Community in Vietnam.  One reason that you rarely see a job post for Vietnam is because 95% of the schools hire on a walk in basis only and now there is a full collection of School Listings available for the internet public.  I am not a school or a recruiter, but I do have good information if anyone is considering Vietnam as their destination to teach.
