Hello,
First of all, I would like thank all of you who are helping people to improve english. I have been trying to clear my writing part for a year. I dont know where it goes wrong and I am alway short for half band(6.5 band in IELTS, instead of 7).
Last time when I wrote the essay, I checked it twice for mistakes but still I was short. I wrote more than 50 essays to improve my writing skills but still it is not helping me. However, for year, I am getting the same score.
Could you please help me to improve my writing skill as well?

I have the same problem as you in writing, but I have some teachers who always advise me. Reading is the most important skills which helps you to enhance your writing. Through reading you will have items of vocabulary, and you will learn how others write. While you are reading such as a novel, try to concentrate in different aspects such the structure and the way that the write used, not just focusing on the meaning, and always ask your self about why he used such kind of sentences and expressions.

I wish that my advice will help you because it helps me a lot.

I concur with what Rame2000sat said. You need someone to point out your writing mistake, and point out what is wrong with it. My your English teacher or friends can help you with it. Reading also helps you improve as you can learn from their structure and use of words.
