if a person wishes to die rather than suffer that should be the individual's decision not the govt. i had a friend who was dying from an uncurable type of bone cancer and he was slowly dying. it was the most painful thing of all for me to witness. imagine enduring the pain of your bones deteriorating and there is no way to reverse the condition. he died 6 months after chemo which did not help him much. luckily he died in his sleep.
