Which is correct?

A: Come, look at the pet dog.

(i) B: Oh! It is so cute.

(ii) B: Oh, it is so cute!

Both is correct. Which to use depends which word you wish to emphasise (e.g., emphasising high volume). (I) is to emphasise on "Oh", whereas (II) is the whole word "Oh, it's so cute".
