Hello!

Can you please read this sentence and see if it is ok? Especially the expression "fallacy".

The fallacy of this approach is proved by experiences and findings of experts from developed world who also managed to identify, by systematic study of succesful negotiating practice, basic phases and constituents of the negotiating process.

Thank you

Not sure this will be of any help but... I've always used 'to prove' in a transitive form and the use you've made of this verb sounds weird to my ear.
I think I would have said :
"This approach has proven fallacious with experiences and findings of experts from the developed world, who also managed to identify basic phases and constituents of the negotiating process, through systematic study of successful negotiating practices."

I might argue for the plural, fallacies.
