I had so much anger and hatred [for/toward] him. The quicker you let go, the better you feel.

Are there any difference?

Thanks!

who has the anger and hatred? You or I ? I am confused! But "toward" is correct.

Sorry. I have this problem all the time.

Let me rephrase,

I had so much anger and hatred toward her. But you know, the quicker you let go, the better you feel. So I did. The moment I let go, I felt the world was lifted off my shoulder.

Can I switch the pronoun like this, from I to you and back to I?

Perosnally,no, not if I cna avoid it.
I strongly believe context is everything. If the context is unclear or incorrectly constructed, all bets are off. I would say it like this:

I had so much anger and hatred toward her. But I realized the sooner I let go of the negative energy, the sooner I would feel better. So I did. The moment I let go, I felt the world was lifted off my shoulder.
