A guy sees a girl which was supposed to be at a concert.

"Shouldn't you be fifth row center right about now?"

What does the underlined mean?

"Fifth row center" sounds like a very good place to be.  Front row center would be sitting right in front of the band.  Fifth row would be four rows behind that.

Shouldn't you be at the concert now? (sitting in fifth row centre seat).

Yeah, I knew he was talking about that but I thought it could be something like

Front and center.
