Can I say,

(a) The fisherman caught a big fish.

(b) The fisherman caught fish / caught many fish.

(c) His hobby is keeping fish / a  / the fish in the fish tank.

(d) He caught the fish.

(e) His hobby is keeping (a) gold fish.

(f) My hobby is keeping pet.

You can use these:

(a) The fisherman caught a big fish.

(b) The fisherman caught fish / caught many fish.

(c) His hobby is keeping fish / a fish / the fish in the fish tank.

(d) He caught the fish.

(e) His hobby is keeping (a) goldfish.

(f) My hobby is keeping pets / a pet.

You mean both correct?
