4: To make a pun on someone is not a good habit.

5: Why men act more like women these days?

1-4  Puns are made with words, not on people. They are a play on the sounds of words. You would have to say either joke or trick within these sentences.

5 This is really a statement. It could be the heading for an article in a magazine  :" [I am going to tell you] why men act more like women these days."

6 This is fine and grammatical.

Do you mean that question mark could not be used at the end of that sentence?

That's right. You shouldn't use a question mark in sentence #5.
