Are the following sentences correct?

1: I have taken the meal.

2: I have eaten the meal.

3: I have eaten the food.

Note that some local variations of English use 'take' to mean eat, but this is quite uncommon, so I'd avoid it in that sense if that is what you were thinking. It can get incredibly confusing (I know someone who uses 'take' for eat, and it has caused him quite a lot of trouble sometimes. When I stop laughing at the situationI help him out). Take in this sense is not used in British/American versions. Although, funnily enough, we do 'take' medicine, but that is the only example of eat/consume I can think of in standard English.
