During lunch he put on his iPod. After lunch, he forgot to take it out from his pants back pocket where he'd put in. Fortunately it didn't break in his pocket when he sat down on his chair.

Are there any mistakes?
Thanks.

Thanks, MM. One more question, is it natural to say, "his pants' back pocket"?

Personally, I think "take it out of his back pocket" sounds much better than "from."   I wouldn't say there's anything really wrong with "his pants' back pocket," but I think "back pocket" is sufficient -- after all, what has back pockets other than pants?
