Where I work, we regularly send out letters with a list of about 5 or 6 CCs at the end. What I am trying to find out is, when formatting the letter, should the CCs continue directly after the signature, as I believe they should, or can they go on a separate page? I was led to believe when I trained as a PA, that having the list of CCs on a separate page constituted a distribution list which is a completely different thing.

Just wanted to check if I'm arguing my case correctly with the "powers that be"! Wink [;)]

Thanks
Rowena.
