Elena, I looked at the profile for this poster, which had a link to the site. When you click on the link, you are redirected to a site that has NOTHING to do with business letters. This is a sham, a phony, a trick, a trap... I don't know the purpose, but there are no free letter templates there. Sorry. I'm locking the thread now.
