Prices are ranging from 10$ to less than 5$.

Can I say:

Prices are ranging from less than 5$ to 10$.

I know it's a small question but I just comfirm if it's right.

It's fine. However, I prefer "Prices range from ... "

I'd prefer "from $10 to less than $5".  Otherwise the word less seems to apply to both $5 and $10.

Please note the position of the dollar sign ($5).
