I don't see any serious problem.
Their is questionable as the pronoun referring to the singular
anyone, but
his or her is more and more considered hypercorrect, while
his alone is sexist, so
their is more and more accepted as the pronoun for a personal referrent of unknown sex. The best solution is probably to change
anyone to
learners.
