I live in Alabama, racism is certainly not funny here, but there IS racism. The blacks keep the whites in check.
For instance there is a Miss Black America beauty competition, but no Miss White America, there are "Black" churches, but no "White" churches. The blacks can say and do things the whites are not allowed to do - not that I would ever want to - but that's how it is.
There is a black comedian called Chris Rock, the poem posted by santa is the kind of humour he would enjoy and his mainly black audience would stand up and cheer.
I watched a routine of his the other day, he said "You white folks, there aint a white person in this room who would change places with me.... AND I'M RICH!" he said, "When I came in I saw a white, one legged, one eyed busboy, AND HE WOULD'NT CHANGE PLACES WITH MY BLACK ASS." The audience roars with laughter at this. We white folks is good natured.
Can you imagine a white comedian with that routine?
I thought the original poem posted by santa was funny. I thought the Asian version offensive.
