Hello Namnga-- welcome to English Forums.  I presume that your sentences are about boyfriends and girlfriends:

1) He has left her for another girl. -- this is OK, meaning he has a new girlfriend.

2) He wants to get back with me. -- this is OK, meaning he wishes to be your boyfriend again.
3) I’ll be off next week. -- this is OK, meaning I don't work next week or I'm leaving next week

4) She’s too chicken to ask him out.--  Yes, this means “she’s too shy/timid/afraid to ask him out”.

Dear Namnga,

You may also say «he wants to get back together with me».

Warmest regards, Smile [:)]
