Hi,
can anyone tell me what is the difference between get and go

These words can be used in many senses, and in many colloquial ways. Here are a few simple comments on your examples.

For example :
get mad become angry

and go mad ?? become insane, develop the mental condition of madness

i'm gonna get through it I'm going to get through the door - this suggests it is difficult to do

and i'm gonna go through it I'm going to go throuh the door A simple statement of intention, which does not suggest any difficulty

is there any significant difference ??

Best wishes, Clive
