We say

This is a cat, isn't it?

But how to say

This is him (he), isn't it?

or

This is him (he), isn't it he (him)?

Plus

These are they, aren't the?

or

This is them, isn't it them?

Give me the right variants.

English is my first language. I've been speaking it for nearly 40 years. I'm currently learning Japanese and need all the help I can get!
