I gave blood 2 days ago and I'm still a little weak.

- When should I expect to get my strength back
- when is it safe to start lifting again?

They only took 240mg instead of 470mg so I'm a bit suprised.

If you eat lots of healthy food and walk or swim for exercise you should be fine soon.

It is the flu season now, so perhaps the blood donation was untimely.
You may need to have a brief illness before you are fully recovered.

Try lots of protein and iron rich foods, and don't worry about it.
Stress is tiring too, you know?
