Anon, you can answer your own question.

You are going to the bank with ______.

Do you say "with I" or "with me"? After you choose the answer, put "Bob" back in.

Please note that you should always capitalize the pronoun I in English.

You are going to the bank with Bob and me.  (You are going to the bank with Bob. You are going to the bank with me. If you join the sentences, it becomes 'You are going to the bank with Bob and me.')

Bob and I are going to the bank.   (Bob is going to the bank. I are going to the bank. If you join the sentences, then it becomes 'Bob and I are going to the bank.')

I hope the above helps.

No.  I is the subject form, and you already have a subject in the sentence.  The subject is you.  So you'll have to change I to me.
