Do you think its going to help me?(my plan for English improving)

After so much time I decided this time to learn english permanently ,and I would like your opinion about my plan

tease are my tools

1.listening to music from time to time and ofcouse the translation using their lyrics\radio station

2.reading on bounds that I like in websites

3.movies\series including subtitels

4.taking part in forums

5.chatting

6.work surroundings changing , it means some of my softwares will be in english .

So what do you think about that and what you would change here?

my last qeuss  - how much will take me significantly improve my english if today I'm an average person?

I think movies and tv will be more useful to you than music -- song lyrics are very often not standard English.   And, as Marius says, lots of reading and a good grammar book.  Welcome to the forum!
