As in your thread title, 'Got milk?', it means 'do you have any milk?' or 'did you get any milk?'-- unless it is an idiom with which I am unfamiliar. What is the context?

It seems that "got milk Rookie" is an activity, right?

The National Milk Mustache "got milk?"® Campaign is jointly funded by America's milk processors and dairy farmers: The Milk Processor Education Program (MilkPEP) in Washington, D.C., and Dairy Management Inc., Chicago. The goal of the multi-faceted campaign is to educate consumers on the benefits of milk and to raise milk consumption.

They are evidently the sponsors of the 'got milk? Rookie Challenge', which is the name of the NBA contest.

"Got Milk?" is a catch phrase used in advertisements paid for by the dairy industry to get people to buy and drink milk in the United States. The campaign used pictures of famous people with "milk mustaches" in order to encourage milk drinking. I think before that it was "Milk, it does a body good."

The U.S. dairy industry must be the official sponspor of the 2005 Rookie Challenge, so this year it is being called the 2005 "Got Milk" Rookie Challenge. If Coca-Cola were to sponsor it in 2006 I guess it might be called the 2006 Coca-Cola Rookie Challenge.

Yes, registered trademark. You can't say 'got milk', Pieanne, without asking permission of the dairy industry.
