I'm sorry to say that this site doesn't operate quite like that! You'll have to ask more specific questions relating to specific areas of grammar which may be troublesome for you. Otherwise, I think we'll just have to say, "Study grammar books!"

I think you mean: "I'm not good at grammar. I usually get a low score in my grammar tests"

I have to agree with CJ; the only real solution is lots of work and practice. Have you tried these self study books, both available at Amazon? They are full of grammar excercises. It might be an idea to start with the elementary book, and work your way up.
