Is there any grammar mistakes in this article

Metal matrix composites (MMCs) have been used for aviation, automobile and nuclear application due to their significant properties such as superior strength and high specific stiffness. For developing MMCs by liquid infiltration, preform will be required. An attempt has been made for the development of hybrid preform using alumina short fiber and graphite nanofiber (GNF). Since, it is extremely difficult to disperse nano-size fibers uniformly into the preform. The fabrication of hybrid preform with a volume fraction of 10%, 15% and 20%.The amount of binder used is 5%, 10% and 15%.The reason for developing a preform is (i) to attain the uniform distribution of reinforcement ii) minimization of mechanical and chemical damage. Based on the observations, it was found that microscopic investigations revealed good disperse of the nanofibers in the preform. Taghuchi L9 orthogonal method is used to optimized the processing parameters and found out the effect of processing factors on the hardness and porosity of the preform. The performs fabricated showed possible their infiltration by A356 and Al 6061 alloys.

This is a highly technical report.  It appears to me that the overall tone has certain elements of a published literature, yet it also has a few grammatical errors and fluency problem.  They don’t seem to have come from the same author.  This kind of report is highly subjective to personal interpretation and takes a long time to analyze which is not the main intent of this forum.
