Grammar is the system and patterning by which language is organised. It is used to distinguish the "types" of words we use, such as the diferrence between verbs, nouns and prepositions, for example. It is also used to describe sentence structure and to classify the tenses of verbs, amongst other things. It is also used in a prescriptive way to guide what is "right" and "wrong" in terms of how to express things in language. Composition is a form of writing whereby ideas are explored in a "school" context. It is also known as an essay, and composition is not a widely used term in UK schools, these days.

I've been racking my brains for days so please help me!
Do you say :"it's them who do something" or "who does something" In other words, do you use the singular or the plural after it's us/it's you (plur) /it's them who...?
