I am not sure whether the two sentence makes sense in term of grammar and semantics.
Can you give me a hand with checking them

This boss quoted an example to describe how he came up with clever strategies to beat his opponent in extremely competitive market, helping his company escape from the crisis of collapse.

If workers perfrom their jobs for money only, they won't be happy and tired of thier careers.

They need a little cosmetic work, Wang Chun:
