I own a copy of White Smoke 2008, I like the product enough to use it but the support <<colorful expression saying that the support is terrible removed>> ! I have tried to contact them no less than 5 times since purchasing it, just 6 weeks ago, and not a single response. Their site isn't set up to do support and I can't find any way to contact them other than through emails. If they won't return any emails, then what's the use of acting as if they offer support?
Frustration applies to products that seem to work as much as to those that do not.
