Could someone help to restructure the below message along with grammar error check. Try to use back all the points.

I, Jeanie Cheah Boey Chin, employee no: 30205 would like to request for my early confirmation. Regarding to this request, I’m sure that I have full confidence on my qualitative and quantitative work result since I joint this company.

Furthermore, there are some reasons that I request to have early confirm. This is because I’m able to work under pressure to handle members and customers’ complaint while branch manager was not around.

Additionally, when members have problem, I’m able to help them for finding solutions or work together with my branch manager to solve the problem in order to build up a good reputation for company.

Meanwhile, I’m able to help members to follow up their booking and able to communicates with them and provides them a good service in order to enhance our customer’s satisfaction.

Beside, a part from my job required, I need to have strictly verify on the registered tours. I strongly believe that I’m able to done well and also able to control the quality of the registered tours in order to protect company interests.

Moreover, I’m able to work fast in all expect and able to complete all the jobs that were assigned to me by branch manager and seniors on time.

In addition, at the point of our branch situations, all the hard copy documents are keep manually and I’m able to have a good manage on this especially filling. These will enhance our job efficiency and effectiveness.

Also, for my personality, I’m self discipline, self motivated and job dedication person. Furthermore, I’m capable of conversing politely, friendly, helpful and responsible among all the stakeholders such as staffs and members.

What’s more, I’m able to work long hours. While according to the pass record, I’m constantly work over time and able to work on public holidays. Last, but not least, I’m also able to work outstation and travel for company when required. These are all because for company operation purpose.

Finally, in order for me to continue and improve my service to this company, I hope that you will recognize and accept my sincere contributions and make me a permanent staff in this company.

I’m proud that I have chance to serve this company and I will be much appreciated if I able to have long service opportunity in order for me to have challenging future.

I would like to request my early confirmation as a permanent employee. My work since I joined this company has been excellent, in quality and in quantity.
