Hi Jeanie,
I made some changes, so check carefully, OK?
Wow, you are a terrific employee. If I were the boss, I'd make you a full-time employee, and also give you a big raise!
Good luck with this, Clive
I would like to request my early confirmation as a permanent employee. My work since I joined this company has been excellent, in quality and in quantity.
I’m able to work under pressure, and can handle members' and customers’ complaints whenever the branch manager is not available.
Additionally, when members have problems, I’m able to help them finding solutions. I often work together with my branch manager to solve these problems in order to build up a good reputation for ouir company.
I also help members to follow up their bookings. I communicate well with them and provide good service in order to enhance our customers' satisfaction.
Furthermore, I do excellent work dealing with registered tours. I strongly believe that I’m able to do this well and I can ensure the quality of our registered tours in order to protect the company's interests.
I complete, rapidly and ahead of schedule, all the tasks that are assigned to me by my branch manager and senior colleagues.
In addition, I capably manage and file all the hard copy documents that must be retained in our office. This enhances our efficiency and effectiveness.
I’m self-disciplined, self-motivated and dedicated to my job. Furthermore, I converse in a manner that is polite, friendly, helpful and responsible with all of our stakeholders, including staff and members.
What’s more, I work long hours. My employment records show that I’m constantly working over-time and on public holidays. Last, but not least, I’m also able to work outside the office and to travel on behalf of the company when required.
Finally, in order for me to continue and improve my service to this company, I hope that you will recognize and accept my sincere contributions and make me a permanent staff of this company.
I’m proud that I have a chance to serve this company and I will very much appreciate the opportunity to serve for many years so that I may have a challenging future.
Thank you.
