Two options to simplify your sentence:
  • Because I left the last merchant's meeting in a hurry, would you please tell me when it meets next?
  • Because I left the last merchant's meeting in a hurry, would you please tell me when we meet next?
To simplify even further:
  • Because I left the last merchant's meeting in a hurry, please tell me when it meets next.
  • Because I left the last merchant's meeting in a hurry, please tell me when we meet next?
Or...
  • I left the last merchant's meeting in a hurry, so please tell me when it meets next.
  • I left the last merchant's meeting in a hurry, so please tell me when we meet next.

Hi,

I'd say the most common way to ask for this information would be to say

. . . . . . would you please tell me when the next meeting is?

Or better yet,

. . . . . . would you please tell me when the next one is?

Best wishes, Clive

? Phoenix, where's the prepostion at the end? Did "is" decide to leave the Verb party and become a Preposition after the last election? Smile [:)]
