Is there any grammer mistake in the  paragraph

From the results it is seen that when the percentage of the binder is 10%
there is less bonding between the fibres and this tends to affect the strength of materails. It would also be reduced the mechanical properties of materails. Since a strong bond between the fibre is necessary to achieve an effective load transfer mechanism in the materails.

Not good.  You need to read more  good English. You don't know how to treat the connections between sentences.
