Grammer correction -- Resume

Hi all, please help me to correct grammer within my resume. I believe the current work should be in the present tense and my past work should be past tense.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Pearson Scott Foresman, Inc.  – Glenview, IL,  03/07 – 08/07

Web Developer – Educational Technology Department

- A Web Developer in ensuring that all creative requirements Pearson Scott Foresman electronic books are met via CD-Rom.-

- Manage all levels of electronic book web projects under consideration for the Design team.

-  Responsible for page layout, graphic design, audio, creation and production of graphic web designs for the Educational Technology team.

- Apply all browsers test and debug on a daily basis within Internet Explorer and FireFox for PC and MAC on all electronic books from Grade Kindergarten and Grade 1 – Grade 5.

- Report all web browser issues to Lead Programmer.

- Work closely with Software Engineers to ensure the development of landing pages are met for the projects.

- Oversees the creation of conceptual and final designs for higher level graphic contents.

- Ensure the creation and develops advanced Flash contents, tutorials and multimedia projects are met with Project Manager.

- Keep current with competition and new design elements aim at enhancing the user experience.

- Understanding the color concepts for best Usability Interface and the look and feel of each product.

- Establish web site navigation for best result of User Interface.

- Ensure that the timely completion of assignments according to production deadlines, and tracks status during all phases of the project.

- Manage handling and resolution of daily web site user issues escalate by Pearson Scott Foresman Customer.

- Research via books and net for new web technology methods for better web contents and resolutions.

- Manage all electronic books insuring that all files for each book will fit within the CD-Rom.

- Ensure all graphical images are optimize for saving storage spaces and faster page loading time within all browsers.

Hi,

 I believe the current work should be in the present tense and my past work should be past tense. Yes.

Let me offer a couple of general comments. You have much too much detail for each of your jobs. No-one wants too read all this. Reduce the number of points. Focus on your main responsibilities. and successes

You might wish to move some points to a new SKILLS Section, that you can put ahead of the WORK EXPERIENCE section.

I recooommend that you rewtite/eorganize, before looking at the grammar.
