My noun is __ __ __ __.

In the plural is __ __ __ __ s.

Yeah, that's phrased really badly-- you didn't put any of the letters in!

Greek, Geek, eh?

I'll be back.

Nope.Though two of the four letters appear in your list.

Not so much, no.

AHA!

erm... ok then...

Y is the vowel, plus two of cdfgklmnstw.... altogether 4 letters... objective abstract Greek noun

cyst!  No, not abstract.

Rats.

What the heck does 'not so much' mean?  What kinda clue's that?!

Well, I didn't have a handerchief handy to cough into discreetly while I said you were wrong about that, so I danced around it. The big clue was that the vowel is Y.

OK, thanks, GG.  Well, I'm stuck.  All I can think of is cyst.  Are you sure it's not cyst?  From Gk. kystis "bladder, pouch."  The plural is cysts.  And I like to keep cysts in the abstract; they're pretty ugly close up.  Maybe someone else will get it while I'm off working.  Where are your friends when you need them, anyway?  Yank?  Anton?  Tanit?   Maple?

Rats.

You can't have one, and you cant' GIVE one, but you can pass one along. In the past, that was done orally.

Oh pooh.  I was trying to get all 3 other letters out of that set instead of just two of them.  Plus the y of course.  Well, a myth is as good as a mile.  Where's everyone else, sleeping?

I'm not sleeping.  Just having trouble keeping up. Big Smile

(I'm also waiting for Barb's reply to your latest idea -- myth.)
