Sinusitis ?!!?

No, Anon, sinusitis can not be used as an adj, and I don't think sinusitis can be very fine and slender.

Yankee

Does your word begin with 'capi'?  And do a couple of rather slender-looking Ls come next? Stick out tongue

Exactly, Yankee. The answer is CAPILLARY.

Congrats! You pick the next one please!Smile

A plural noun like people or children? Or a plural noun because it has an S on it?

The last letter is S.

These things are neither human nor animal.

EDIT:
It is actually possible to use this word as the third person singular of a verb.  In that case, a person could do it.  But the most common meaning of the plural noun is quite different from the meaning of the verb.

They're concrete objects, right?

Does your word refer to a collection of things?

Do you have some in your house?
