Hmmm, I'd say that’s because the English is not what it should be!

 I am guessing that they wanted to use the passive form:

She was made to come in quietly just now

She was asked to come in quietly just now

They had her come in quietly just now.

but did so incorrectly

I don’t particularly care for any of them though, good luck!

I don't understand the word "had" here. 'Was had' is wrong. You need to remove 'was' - eg

She had to come in quietly just now.

Or maybe it should be something like 'She was heard to come in quietly just now'.
