1. I had five dollars in my pocket.
2. I had him deliver the pizza.
3. I had a woman come to me and ask if she could touch my hand.

I understand  'had' in
 
#1 as possess
#2 as order

#3 What's the meaning of had here? It sounds like the #2 meaning but that makes no sense.
