Do all of the above sound equally right and mean pretty much the same? Thanks.

All sound about the same.  The third example could imply that it was recent work that she did in preparation for the job that qualifies her.

In the first one, Hanna my not even know about the existence of the position. You could be talking about potentail candidates for the position, and her name came up.

In the others, she definitely played an active role.

I don't really find the third one very natural at all, though.
