It's hard to do so/that/it even if you do that/it.

Guys, I have an it/that question.

A: What can I do to meet her?

B: You'd have to throw money at her to meet her.

C: It's hard to do so/that/it even if you do that/it.

I thought of a situation where three persons are having this conversion, and I can't seem to determine which one of those words in blue I should use.

Please help me. I'd greatly appreciate any help! Thanks!Big Smile [:D]

I'm sorry, but I just don't think sentence C works at all.  The first half might be o.k. with "that", but the rest leaves me with a blank.

Philip, thanks for the reply!

Then, would it be okay if I change the C sentence like this?:

C: I don't think it's likely for you to meet her even if you do so/that/it.

I take it you mean that it's hard to meet her even if you throw money at her.

I think the sentence needs to be revised.  It's not something many people would say -- not in that form.

More likely:  And even then, it wouldn't be easy.
