When i was child, I have/had ? ever been there.
The sentence is so anomalous because of the word ever that it is impossible to understand exactly what thought you are trying to express.

Did you mean the negative never?
Did you intend  ever as the opposite of never, that is, always?

Maybe you mean I had only been there a few times as a child.

(A) As a child, i was there.

(B) As a child, i lived there.

same meaning?

but i didn't live there, i just went to there for travelling one or two times.

please put the exact sentence for the right communication

I try this sentences

(C1) As a child, i was there one/two times for travelling.  or

(C2) When i was a child, i was there one/two times for travelling.
