We received the document/LC this morning. (Simple Past)

We have received the LC this morning, (Past Perfect)

So, I think, both are right.

Please correct If I am wrong.

You are wrong.  In the context given-- notice of completed receipt of the item at a specific past time ('this morning')-- only simple past properly serves.

Thank you.

Then, what about past perfect?

I had received the document this morning.

I think this is fine because it emphasis the past action.

If  I am wrong, please explain me why it is wrong..

No.  Past perfect has a limited use-- when relating two past actions whose chronology is unclear.
