Please edit/correct the following paragraph:

I hope you are fine. I have started to post again. You haven't replied to any of my postings yet. Please ask some moderator for that PM button. Sometimes, I feel like to PM you, but as you don't have PM facility, therefore I have to email you as I'm doing right now. Take care. Talk to you soon.

Not sure about style, but here are grammar mistakes that found:

1. Sometimes I feel like _PM-ing_ you. (V-ing)
2. But _since_ you don't have _a_ PM facility, (no "therefore") I have to email you.
3. Speak soon (sounds better than "talk to you soon" IMHO)
