Suppose, there is a certain person who doesn't like to be photographed. One day he is walking along a street in front of door. He doesn't know that a certain documentary is being made/filmed. He gets caught in certain frames of that documentary. After some days, he watches himself on TV and just gets depressed. He was filmed, the thing he hates a lot. Can he sue the producer of that documentary? He was having a routine walk in his own street. It was the documentary crew which walked into.
Using made or filmed is fine. But, try to use more commas, it helps in making your sentences more readable
