The question is too long for me, deer. They all function/non-function differently. Let me know when you have difficulties using one of them, and I'll try to help.

Sorry, deer--

Could you make a simple sample sentence for each case? What do you wish to do with the 'be'? Both use and omit it? For example:

'I have studied English for many years' vs. 'English has been studied by many Japanese'?

Is this what you wish to compare?

Hello

Why be?

Because I read a lot of books who teacher gave me to make summary and I found verb + be + past participle and teacher want me make summary for story. That why I am very care about be and my teacher told me must be use models voice correct but me I use it not correct after that my teacher very angry to me and gave me bad mark. My teacher is responsible about that she doesn’t explain that to student and she said learn it alone and just read books .

I study in University and I need know that to make report and summary and a lot of thing for my project.

Please sir if you can explain that to me every day one lessen and I am thankful for you. Let me know function for all that one by one and don’t forget to take time until my university open it 4 September and I am promise don’t make noise for you .

OK, we'll start with:

(1a) have + done/happened. This is the present perfect tense, active voice. It is used for events in a limited time span between a point in the past and now, where the agent is the subject. It makes a current announcement of the event.

I have eaten my breakfast.
The sun has set.

(1b) have + be + done/happened. This is the present perfect tense, passive voice. It is used similarly, but where the agent is the object.

My breakfast has been eaten by mice.
I have been beaten three times at this game (by opponents).

(1a) and (1b) represent the normal active/passive structural relationship governed by 'be'.

The complete study of the forms you have listed is long and complex. What I have written is very basic, and perhaps other forum members would care to expand. If not, I will go on to the next 'be' pair next time.
