I love to eat almost everything. And candies I like the most. I feel that I need the sugar and without it, I'm going to be tired and week. The problem is that I'm still want to
have the same clothes and if I keep eat, I'll be much too fat, to wear any of them.
A lot of people don't understand that they can eat sweets and still be thin. They think that if you're eating sweets, you'll be fat. It's wrong point of view. People should eat whatever they like but not to exaggerate with it.
It all depends on the amount that they're consuming. Moreover they should eat sweet things but try to avoid candies. They can eat fruits instead.
I comment to eat bananas it's sweet, healthy and full of energy. And I commend to drink water and not other drinks. It seems that they don't do anything bad, but those drinks have a critic part in our calories consumption.
