To much of my regret, I write this to place my complaint against the facilities and service of your club.

Could anyone help me to check the grammer in the above sentence? Thank you very much.

Regretfully, I write this to lodge a complaint against the facilities and service of your club.

I find it difficult to believe that a facility (a building, etc) wronged you, Anon-- I think you should delete 'facilities and' from your sentence.
