I wish to make an application letter for NOC for the below matter. Could someone please help me in drafting this letter more better. The matter is as below.

Dear Sirs,

I and my wife are both working here in Doha. As we have a 2yr old son, we face difficulties in baby caring him while we both are on duty. Hence we are planning to recruit a live- in housemaid, who can baby-sit our son during our absence at home, and as well look after the household chores. However the Immigration department mandatorily requires a NOC from my employer.

Hence I kindly request you to issues a No Objection Letter (in Arabic) to the Immigration Department, which may include my salary details also, making me eligible to recruit a live-in housemaid.

Request your support in obtaining such a letter.

Thanking You,

Yours Sincerely,
